This is our second time working with and buying a property with Stephanie after a mutual friend recommended her to us several years ago. This second time around, we weren't quite sure what we wanted. She (and her mother who works with her) were patient and kept showing us properties until we found the perfect one. The looking process was long, due to our uncertainty, but they kept with us and helped us narrow down our priorities. Stephanie was able to answer or find the answer to all of our many questions. She was able to give recommendations for inspectors, septic companies, engineers, etc. She is friendly and fun to be around, so looking at properties was actually more of a fun outing. We love that she took time to figure out what we really wanted in a property, even though we didn't know or couldn't articulate it ourselves. She was very helpful during the negotiation process since this was only my second time buying a house and every market is different.
