Meet Karen Stump! Karen is a native Wacoan and a full-time REALTOR® since 2018. She specializes in residential real estate as well as new home construction. Before her real estate career, Karen was a state certified dental assistant for 25 years and worked with a local dentist until his retirement. Making the change to real estate was a perfect fit! Her love for helping people was an easy transition with the years of experience working closely patients to now real estate clients. Karen has been involved in buying and selling her own properties for over 14 years as well as acquiring investment properties, working with home rehabs and new construction. She strives for excellence by staying current with education, including completing the New Home Construction designation and becoming a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Karen is engaged to be married this spring, and loves spending time with her mom and friends! Her heart has always been in Waco and will forever be her home!
