Cody George is the Broker and Owner of Magnolia Realty Austin | Hill Country, where he leads one of the area's most respected and collaborative real estate brokerages. A fourth-generation Texan and lifelong Hays County resident, Cody combines deep local knowledge with years of leadership experience to serve clients and mentor real estate professionals throughout Central Texas.

Since becoming Magnolia Realty's first agent outside of Waco in 2014, Cody has played an integral role in expanding the Magnolia brand into the Austin and Hill Country markets. Today, he oversees the brokerage's day-to-day operations, coaches and mentors agents, develops training programs, and fosters a culture built on integrity, professionalism, collaboration, and exceptional client service. His leadership philosophy is simple: when agents are equipped, supported, and held to a high standard, clients receive an exceptional experience.

Cody assists his office to work directly with buyers and sellers across Dripping Springs, Austin, Driftwood, Wimberley, Johnson City, Blanco, and the surrounding Hill Country. His experience includes luxury homes, ranches, acreage, investment properties, land development opportunities, and residential real estate. He is known for providing honest guidance, strategic pricing advice, strong negotiation skills, and creative marketing that consistently delivers results.

Under Cody's leadership, Magnolia Realty Austin | Hill Country has become known for its innovative marketing and commitment to excellence. Most every listing benefits from a comprehensive marketing strategy that includes professional photography, cinematic video, drone imagery, digital advertising, social media campaigns, targeted online exposure, and extensive networking within the real estate community.

Born in Austin and raised in Hays County, Cody's family has called Central Texas home for generations. After playing collegiate baseball at Temple Junior College, he transferred to The University of Texas, where he met his wife, Kelly. Together, they have built their family in the Texas Hill Country and remain deeply invested in the community they love.

Outside of real estate, Cody is passionate about serving others. He is actively involved in his church, leads a middle school boys Bible study, supports local schools and community organizations, and believes that leadership extends well beyond the office.

Whether guiding a first-time homebuyer, representing a luxury seller, advising an investor, or coaching agents to build successful businesses, Cody approaches every opportunity with the same commitment: to lead with integrity, communicate honestly, and create lasting relationships built on trust.
