April's passion for the real estate industry began at an early age. As a child, she toured new construction with her father. She bought her first home at the age of 20 and successfully turned a profit within the first year; she moved into investment properties 2 years later. By the age of 27, she had already flipped 10 properties and purchased her first multi-family complex containing 24 units. She created Modern Custom Homes, LLC in 2006 which led her to building a commercial construction company, G Contek, LLC, and managing 53 employees. She was responsible for several essential projects for the City of El Paso as well as El Paso Water Utilities. Her international real estate experience lends itself to cultural awareness in Mexico, creating a global connection with her bilingual knowledge that emcompasses the United States, Mexico and Spain.
