Cody is an Austin native who has seen the central Texas area change and grow into the desired destination it is today! You could say Cody is your stereotypical Texan whose father was a rodeo cowboy and taught him how to ride a horse before a bike. He graduated from the University of Texas Red McCombs School of Business with a degree in Finance. A true entrepreneur at heart, Cody started his first business right out of college and his passion and drive have carried over to his real estate business. His favorite things about real estate are the people and the relationships formed. He prides himself on the ability to dig deep and listen to the needs, wants, and dreams of his client to make sure that those are not only met but exceeded. Magnolia Realty was founded by Chip and Joanna Gaines in 2007 and Cody joined their forces in 2014. In 2018, Cody transformed Dripping Springs' original Firehouse into a Magnolia Realty office. He married his wife Kelly in 2010 and they moved to Dripping Springs shortly after in 2011. They have 3 kids, JP, Olivia, and McKinley. They are a licensed foster family and above all else feel their calling is to provide a safe and loving environment for children who need it. The five love spending time together and enjoying Texas Hill Country perks like delicious BBQ, relaxing wineries, and unique natural swimming holes.
