Sonia Guardado is a residential real estate agent with Magnolia Realty, serving buyers and sellers throughout the Greater Austin area. With 18 years of experience, she brings deep market knowledge, strong negotiation skills, and a practical, straightforward approach to every transaction.

Sonia specializes in residential sales, relocation, and new home construction and sales. Having personally completed two cross-country relocations, she understands that moving to a new area involves far more than finding the right house. She helps clients navigate the entire transition to Central Texas, while also guiding local buyers and sellers through everything from selling a longtime home to purchasing or building a brand-new one.

Her service areas include Round Rock, Georgetown, Hutto, Taylor, Pflugerville, Austin, Cedar Park, Leander, and Liberty Hill.

In addition to serving her clients, Sonia is a Texas REALTORS® Certified Instructor and an active leader in the real estate industry. She has taught real estate professionals since 2013 and has served in numerous local and statewide leadership roles, including as 2024 Texas RRC State President. She was also named the 2025 Texas RRC CRS of the Year.
