I'm a bit of a numbers geek. I genuinely enjoy digging into market trends, pricing strategy, and negotiating contracts. (Yes, spreadsheets make me happy.) I believe data tells a story, and when you combine that with experience and honest advice, you make better decisions.

In 2022, I earned my broker's license and launched AMPM Property Management because I saw a need to help clients beyond the closing table. Today, I help homeowners and investors not only buy and sell real estate but also protect, lease, and manage their investments for the long haul. From contracts and cash flow to tenants and the occasional "my toilet exploded" phone call, I've learned that every challenge has a solution—and I genuinely enjoy figuring it out.

Clients know me for being straightforward, responsive, and fiercely protective of their best interests. I'll celebrate the wins with you, but I'll also have the tough conversations when they matter. My goal isn't just to close a transaction; it's to build a relationship where you'll feel comfortable calling me anytime real estate is part of the conversation.

When I'm not working, you'll usually find me camping with my family, attempting to keep my ever-growing collection of houseplants alive, or getting lost in a psychological thriller. I'm also proud to continue serving with the Hutto Education Foundation, helping support teacher grants and student scholarships in the community that's given so much to my family for over a decade.
