Hi, I'm DJ, and I believe in home. Home is about more than four walls. It's where life happens, memories are made, and community surrounds you. Whether you're buying your first home, relocating to Georgetown, or preparing to sell a home you've loved for years, I'm here to help you move forward with confidence.

I’m a REALTOR®, Team Lead of The Jadlot Team with Magnolia Realty, proudly serving Georgetown and the Austin Metro Area. As a proud Georgetown resident since 2000, I've watched Georgetown grow from a small town into one of Texas's fastest-growing communities while maintaining the character, relationships, and sense of community that make it so special.

I think like a business graduate and work like a teacher. My degree in Business Administration from the University of Missouri gave me a strong foundation in strategy, finance, and decision-making. My 11 years in the classroom taught me the importance of listening, patience, and explaining things in a way that people can truly understand. Together, that combination shapes every client relationship I have and how I help buyers and sellers make confident real estate decisions. 

I hold the GRI (Graduate, REALTOR® Institute) designation and have built my business largely through referrals and repeat clients, something I consider one of the greatest compliments I can receive. Clients often tell me they felt educated, not sold to, and that's exactly the experience I strive to create. I believe great real estate is built on clear communication, thoughtful strategy, and relationships that last long after closing. 

Today, I help first-time buyers purchase with confidence, guide move-up buyers and local sellers through life's next chapter, and welcome families relocating to Georgetown and communities in the Austin Metro Area. While Georgetown is home, I proudly serve clients throughout Central Texas.

When I'm not serving clients, you'll usually find me spending time with my family, serving at church or in the community, and enjoying everything that makes Georgetown feel like home.
