Private acreage in The Estates of Barton Creek, 20 minutes from downtown At 3664 Lost Creek Blvd, around 4.4 acres (4.397 per survey) give you room to build a private estate. Large lots, deep setbacks and a rear line backing to water give the land a secluded feel. Yet downtown Austin is about 20 minutes away. Few addresses offer this much land this close in. Nestled among some of Austin's most prestigious communities, this is a rare chance to build on acreage in one of the city's most sought-after corners. The prior home has been removed, and the site is ready for you and your architect to create your own private oasis. Barton Creek and Westlake Country Clubs are just around the corner, and some of Austin's most respected private schools are close by, including Regents School of Austin, St. Andrew's Episcopal School and St. Michael's Catholic Academy. Because the property sits outside Austin city limits, there's no City of Austin property tax, so the tax rate is lower than many in-city addresses. HOA dues are modest. The property is in Austin ISD zoned to Oak Hill Elementary, O'Henry Middle School and Austin High School.
