Wendy is a Native Texan who grew up on a farm in a small Texas town. During those years on the farm, her parents instilled in her the value of hard work, honesty, integrity, and the tenacity to succeed and accomplish her goals. Growing up in a small town, she learned the importance of what it meant to be a part of a community, to take care of your neighbors, and to build lifelong friendships.
In 2004, Wendy and her husband Darren moved to the beautiful town of Granbury. Wendy always had an interest in real estate and serving others, so in 2006, she decided to get her real estate license. It was a great fit for her! She wanted to continue to grow her real estate career, so in 2012, she went on to earn her real estate broker's license. Wendy is a proud Graduate of Tarleton State University, where she obtained her Bachelor's in Business Administration.
Magnolia Realty was founded by Chip and Joanna Gaines in Waco, Texas. In 2017, Magnolia Realty opened a real estate office in Granbury, Texas, and Wendy joined the brokerage as a REALTOR®. Then in 2019, the opportunity arose for her to become the broker for the Granbury office.
Wendy believes as a real estate professional, being involved in the community where you live and work is vitally important to the current and future growth of the area. She believes that REALTORS® and real estate brokers serve an important role in our communities, and that is why she has chosen to continue giving back to the community by serving on several local committees and boards.
When Wendy is not working she enjoys gardening, hiking, landscape photography, and spending time with family and friends.
