Theresa is an accomplished real estate broker and leader with a passion for business growth and community development. Her entrepreneurial spirit was evident early in her life. After graduating from the University of Notre Dame, she went into business with her mother painting wall murals, and after a few years, moved into her next venture, W2W Painting, LLC, where she honed her business management skills in this residential painting company. Theresa was fortunate to have sold that company in 2013.
Theresa’s dedication to giving back to the community led to the creation of R.O.L.L. O.N. in 2009, a non-profit organization that distributes home-building supplies and materials to disaster relief and other community organizations.
In 2012, Theresa recognized the potential in the real estate market and jumped at the opportunity to go into business with her husband, Justin. Together, they founded MIG Real Estate and worked hard to establish themselves as reputable and reliable real estate agents. Their dedication to service and strong values led to their brokerage joining Magnolia Realty in early 2020, and 3 years later, Theresa and Justin officially opened Magnolia Realty Grapevine, where Theresa serves as Broker of Record.
Theresa’s involvement in her community goes beyond her business ventures. She has served as the 2010 President of the Notre Dame Club of Dallas and as the Chairwoman of the Board of Directors for the Grapevine Chamber of Commerce in 2018. She also served as an alternate member of the City of Grapevine’s Planning and Zoning Commission from 2013-2017. Theresa is a proud mother of three children and is active in her church and the Grapevine community.
