Sunnie has been living and working in the Cedar Park, TX area for the past 10+ years. She moved from Nebraska where she was an elementary teacher. Driven to become an entrepreneur she opened up a Nebraska-originated cookie store, Eileen’s Colossal Cookies. She was devoted to the successful small business in Cedar Park for 8 years and made the decision to focus on real estate full-time.

Having the desire to help others with the dream of owning their own home and always enjoying the real estate world. She was inspired by her son when he said he wanted to be a Real Estate Agent when he grew up. So she buckled down and completed her schooling and licensing in less than 2 months in 2017.

Sunnie currently sits on the Board of Directors for the Cedar Park Chamber of Commerce, Cedar Park Library Board Foundation, and the YMCA. She was the winner of Young Entrepreneur of the Year in 2016. Graduate of Cedar Park Leadership 2017. She volunteers for many nonprofits in the area and has a passion to help others.
