Savannah Crozier is a REALTOR® with Magnolia Realty Granbury specializing in luxury homes, lakefront and waterfront properties, acreage, and farm and ranch land across Hood, Parker, Erath, and Palo Pinto counties and the surrounding areas. From Lake Granbury and Possum Kingdom Lake to Weatherford, Aledo, Stephenville, and Mineral Wells, she helps buyers and sellers, including many relocating from DFW, find the right property for the lifestyle they want.

Born and raised in Lubbock, Texas, Savannah started learning real estate as a teenager, long before earning her Texas license in 2023. Before going full time, she served as Leasing and Marketing Manager for a new apartment community in Stephenville, where she led the property through a full lease-up, from marketing and outreach to resident relationships and daily operations. That experience taught her how buyers think, what makes a property stand out, and how to put a home in front of the right audience.

Savannah holds a BBA in Business Marketing from Tarleton State University, and her sellers benefit from it directly. Every listing, especially luxury and waterfront homes, gets a strategy built on branding and consumer behavior, with professional presentation, targeted social media and video, and marketing designed to reach qualified buyers in DFW and beyond.

Lake, luxury, and rural properties come with questions a typical home sale doesn't, and Savannah knows the answers. She shares this knowledge every week on her blog, answering the questions buyers and sellers in her markets ask most.
