Maria was amazing in helping us on our journey to find the perfect home! Maria made herself available to us at all times to fit our ever changing schedule from Sunday showings to later evening showings! We were first time buyers so she was very patient with us and knowledgeable about so many things! After falling in love with one home and things not working out, she didn’t give up on us she helped us find a beautiful home within days that we absolutely love! During the buying process, Maria was the best at communicating everything that was going on, advocating for us with the builder, and letting us know what to expect! She was there through every step of this process and was personable and relatable! Maria is truly an excellent realtor, we were extremely happy with her! We had some unique needs and circumstances and she was very knowledgeable about how to deal with those things and provided a very smooth and satisfactory service to us. We would definitely use her again! She is an excellent communicator, knows the market really well, and is just exactly what a realtor should be. We moved to Texas from Arizona, and at first we were using a different realtor, but after 2 months of looking and lots of poor communication and frustrations and not being shown what we were looking for, we finally decided to get a different realtor, and that's when we talked with Maria...a completely different experience! Clear and good communication, no frustrations, she took care of exactly what we needed and were looking for, and all in a hassle free manner, such a breath of fresh air! And within a few days we found a house we loved and was perfect for us, made an offer that was accepted, and subsequently closed on that house. Everything was just so smooth.
