Joanna was excellent throughout the whole process. She made the whole experience seamless even with our being remote the whole time. She did a fantastic job initially marketing our condo and got six offers to us within two days of putting the property on the market, and enabled us to get several over our asking price! Joanna kept us informed during the contract period and facilitated getting everything prepared for closing. When FedEx failed in delivering our documents to the title company on schedule, Joanna went above and beyond by offering to drive up from Waco to Denton to pick up the documents from FedEx and get them to the title company to help us out since my wife and I had business meetings scheduled. Luckily that was not necessary as the package was delivered later that day, but her willingness to help us out and do whatever it took shows her outstanding customer service! We have bought and sold many homes, and Joanna is by far the best realtor we have had.
