Chris was born and raised in San Antonio. He met his wife in middle school and they married after they attended Dallas Baptist University. He then went to work for his grandfather's business, Staffel Research Co. where he operated and ran manufacturing for a product that sold on QVC in the US, Germany, and the UK. At one point the product was QVC's #1 selling gardening product. He then co-founded an apartment-locating business called, College Apartment Locators. There he built an
online database with all apartments in College Station and the UTSA area. He also helped recruit and train six college students to get their real estate licenses.
After College Apartment Locators, he co-founded a company that measures real estate agent's performance and matches buyers and sellers with proven successful agents. During his time with this company, he was part of a team that represented over 140 referral transactions and over $40 million dollars in real estate. He also developed data analysis tools that make real estate analytics easier to understand and more meaningful. Taking a very data-driven approach, he then went on to build his own book of business where he has represented top financial planners' clients, professional athletes, and repeat referral business.
Chris tried out for Shark Tank last year and made it to the second round where he and his business partner were eliminated before the final round.
In 2015, Chris co-chaired a golf tournament through the SA Downtown Rotary that raised just over $20k for SA Youth Charities and SA Reads. These programs help fight illiteracy in the San Antonio area.
With Chris' experience in starting businesses, he takes a very professional and data-driven approach to helping you buy or sell one of your greatest assets.
