Amy's market analysis was thorough and accurate, and she guided us thru that analysis. She knows the area extremely well and how to account for the nuances of similar properties to determine what to list yours for. Even priced aggressively we were under contract in one day above the asking price. With specific advice, Amy helped us stage the inside and outside of the house in ways that best showed off the spaces. She obtained professional photographs of the house which make a huge difference.
