Kristi Sanguinet

Austin | Round Rock

Kristi joined the real estate industry in 2006 with strong determination & motivation. Kristi has developed three top-producing real estate teams in the Austin area over the years while becoming adept at negotiating all aspects of residential real estate transactions. With first-hand experience in Central Texas' fast-paced & challenging market, Kristi is dedicated to providing clients with professional service and expert knowledge.

Over the years, Kristi's residential experience is augmented by her hands-on experience in the new-home aspect of the real estate market. She has worked on-site for a production builder and also exclusively sold/marketed a custom garden-home community in Williamson County. This experience provided Kristi with a detailed education on the home building process as well as provided her with insight into how residential home builder processes and systems work. This knowledge has proven to be a great asset for clients who are looking to purchase a new home or build one from the ground up.

Kristi also has detailed experience in the Central Austin condominium market. Kristi was involved in the pre-sales, marketing & management of a 270-unit condominium project. Kristi's involvement in all stages of BartonPlace's sales & construction process has given her valuable experience in a sophisticated downtown market and is able to offer clients a unique insight into purchasing.

With Austin and Williamson County being one of the primary locations for families and businesses to relocate, Kristi has extensive experience with these transitions. She has helped in creating several Relocation Divisions to make this move smooth and seamless for the clients or the businesses. There are many facets to these decisions to be taken into consideration.

We’ve worked with Kristi since 2015 and she has consistently been a savvy real estate expert and absolute joy to work with. When my wife and I talk about hiring professionals, we always talk about finding a Kristi in other fields.

We contacted Kristi with a “pipe dream” of moving into our dream neighborhood. She never once acknowledged it as a dream, but rather “what needs to be done to make this happen”.
